The FLEXVIT Handball Set
The FLEXVIT Resist and the Multi Anchor are the perfect combination to train explosiveness in the kick. In handball, fractions of a second decide who gets to the ball first. This includes, on the one hand, a quick reaction that can instantly access and activate power resources. Use these tools for agility exercises to get more speed in your feet. At the same time, you train your cognition with the resist: Especially in handball, the ball can fly towards a player from all directions, which is why good spatial perception is also incredibly important in addition to reaction speed.
