Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
If the customer is a consumer (cf. clause 1 of these GTC), the following right of withdrawal applies to them:
Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the goods, or in the case of a partial delivery, from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, have taken possession of the last goods.

by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or e-mail) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use our withdrawal form for this (PDF format, see below), which is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back or hand over the goods to us or to without undue delay and in any event not later than fourteen days from the day on which you communicate your withdrawal from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of fourteen days has expired.
You will bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You only have to pay for any diminished value of the goods if this diminished value is due to handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.

Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
According to § 312d paragraph 4 No. 1 BGB, the right of withdrawal does not apply to distance contracts
1. for the delivery of goods that are manufactured according to customer specifications or are clearly tailored to personal needs or that are not suitable for return due to their nature or can quickly spoil or whose expiry date would be exceeded (§ 312d paragraph 4 No. 1 BGB).
2. for the delivery of audio or video recordings or software, if the delivered data carriers have been unsealed by the consumer (§ 312d paragraph 4 No. 2 BGB),
3. for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals and magazines, unless the consumer has submitted their contractual declaration by telephone (§ 312d paragraph 4 No. 3 BGB).
Exchange
An exchange is generally only possible for manufacturing defects. In case of complaints, always consult with us. A complaint or exchange is only possible within 2 weeks after invoicing. Textiles can only be exchanged if unused and unwashed. Sealed items can only be exchanged if still sealed. Special offers and custom-made products are excluded from exchange/return.
Should a complained item no longer be available, we will arrange a refund or, upon request, issue a credit note for the amount.
