Sports-specific movements can be specifically trained with our FLEXVIT Resist: Whether on the tennis court, the volleyball field or on the basketball court - it can be used wherever a complex movement needs to be trained with additional resistance. The Resist covers everything from starting and stopping movements, abrupt changes of direction, jumps or hitting to throwing movements.

Even outdoor use, such as football or rugby training on the lawn, is possible with the FLEXVIT Resist without hesitation. The FLEXVIT bands can then be easily washed (up to 60°C).

Rolled up, the FLEXVIT Resist bands can be easily transported even in large quantities, also thanks to their low weight. This makes our resistance bands usable everywhere and a practical tool in team sports.
