Why individual training with fitness bands is important!
With the support of resistance bands we can combine excellent combinations of functional movement sequences. Furthermore, we train the body's own perception. Does my sport involve changing direction? When do these occur and, above all, in which position? Which parameters are crucial for a movement shift?
We support your own motor skills through pulling lines with the Flexvit Patband, which we can position individually. In this regard, we train the following aspects: body position or position of the individual joints in space. We can also influence muscle tone. Decisive factors for your snowboard training!
A trainer's orientation points - what he pays attention to and what is really important!
We can support a rotational movement by twisting the shoulders and hips. This movement element is a crucial factor, especially in snowboard parallel slalom. The left side of the body shortens in the torso area. This input is followed by the right shoulder and hip or ankle joint. On the one hand, we support internal rotation and, on the other hand, we improve the coordination of the individual movement elements.
It's not just the muscular system that's important, but the relationship to all the structures involved. Coaching can be done here by positioning Flexvit Resist tapes. Through additional information and the involvement of pressure points, we enable a completely new training experience. Instabilities can thus be remedied sustainably.
Snowboarders benefit from additional athletic training with resistance bands: The PATband can be used to create wraps close to the body, which causes the body to work against rotation.
Increased performance by improving sensorimotor skills!
The musculoskeletal system is taken out of its comfort zone. Due to a more unstable positioning with the help of resistance bands, the body has to constantly compensate. In this way we achieve a significantly higher level of control of the deep muscles.
We also train the interplay of movement chains. This increases the cognitive training load. Movement sequences become functionally more difficult. The backward movement sequence must be carried out under tension. This allows us to limit a possible rest phase, which in turn has a positive effect on our strength endurance. This can be done by a trainer or, as in the example shown, self-regulated. We only need one anchor point for fixation.
The loops of the PATband offer many possibilities and different difficulties for individualized training!
Set specific priorities for training correctly!
I can only advise every ambitious athlete, trainer or physiotherapist to try resistance training themselves. Movement coaching is significantly increased. It is therefore useful for every athlete to additionally push their individual disciplines through functional athletic training. Personalized training stimuli make the difference, especially in competitive sports.
The right resistance band for your specific functional band training. You can use the PATband for almost all areas of focus: speed strength, mobility, flexibility, strengthening and much more!
