With the FLEXVIT neuroathletics set you can get started straight away and have everything you need for effective neuroathletics training right at hand. Each band in the FLEXVIT Neuroathletics Set has been specifically selected to enable a wide range of exercises and applications in neuroathletics training.
The set even includes two new developments - the FLEXVIT Neuro, our first open band (non-loop) and a FLEXVIT Revolve in honey yellow with extra light resistance.
Light resistance is particularly important because in neuroathletic training the focus is on the precise control of movements by the brain and central nervous system. Too much resistance could limit freedom of movement, thereby affecting the brain's ability to precisely control movement.
The set contains: 3 x Mini (orange + red + green), 3 x Revolve (honey yellow + gray + green), Resist (blue), Iso , Neuroband (non-loop) and a mesh backpack.
