The PATband allows you to work across entire muscle-fascia chains and at the same time in a very targeted manner. In the exercise you see in the picture, the rotator cuff is strengthened, which can be prone to injuries especially in fighting sports and sports with overhead movements during the deceleration phase of a movement. Because the PATband lies on the entire body, the resistance extends from the foot to the hand and causes the upper body to rotate - this is how functional training works!
